One platform, separate experiences
Grays Stays is powered by Desturi, as is Sands of the East. The frontend applications share components, service calls, and data types. Each keeps its own presentation and guest journey.
That gives the work a platform dimension. A shared capability needs to make sense across brands, while the experience still has to fit the business using it.
Carrying the trip forward
The booking flow collects dates, guests, destinations, experiences, concierge needs, and contact details in stages. Shared state carries those choices through to review.
There is a product decision in that structure: collect enough context for a useful travel conversation, and give the guest a chance to check it before sending. My delivery and backend work sat alongside those decisions about how the journey should fit together.
